How do I book a massage?

Use the search page to find providers near you, select a service and follow the booking steps to choose a time.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes. Go to your bookings page and select the booking you want to change. The provider's cancellation terms apply.

How do I become a provider?

Sign up, complete your profile, then use the 'Become a provider' flow. Your listing will be reviewed before it goes live.

What should I do if I feel unsafe?

Leave the situation if it is safe to do so and contact emergency services if needed. You can also report the incident to Touch.Town support.

How are payments handled?

Payments for massage services are made directly between the customer and provider unless Touch.Town introduces a payment facility.
